Who are they looking for?
- An experienced Account Manager in the creative agency/retail space. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisation, an affinity with retail/commerce and a forensic attitude towards client success. They want curious, ambitious and determined individuals.
- Working with some the most pioneering global brands, you’ll work alongside an experienced client success team on a select portfolio. No two days will be the same you’ll need to thrive multitasking and getting to think both strategically and pragmatically to deliver against global client retail challenges.

What you’ll do:
- Own client accounts, with responsibility for the client agency relationship and customer experience
- Foster collaboration within the account management team and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service execution
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, working to understand the client business, goals and challenges to act as a trusted advisor
- Interpret client briefs and work in collaboration with internal teams to design solutions and commercial models to optimise our full service, global and responsible proposition
- Collaborate with the internal service delivery team to ensure client needs are met, acting as the client advocate within the company
- Maintain and update all cost management systems with accurate and timely submission of quotes and invoices
- Act as an ambassador for the company by proactively promoting the business
What you’ll need:
- Experience working in an account manager or customer centric role for a minimum of two years (ideally within the retail/agency industry)
- A good understanding of the design and production stages of the creative process
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, you’ll need to be confident and efficient in preparing and presenting client proposals
