Our client is a long established international designer and manufacturer of leading retail display products. They are looking for someone to support the sales team in all activities related to the support of existing and target customers. Together with the sales team, the internal sales support takes care of all administrative issues – from quotation to delivery. You will also be supporting the Country Manager in all administrative matters relating to the company and the office facility.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Supporting Key Account Managers and Field Sales Representatives in supporting their
target and existing customers
• Support the Country Manager in all administrative matters of the company
• Ensuring the timely and complete transmission of offers and reports to customers
• Continuous development of the customer relationship through its establishment and
maintenance at various organizational levels
• Overview of all invoices, products, services and sales prices sent to assigned
customers
• First point of contact for all topics relating to ordering, invoicing and shipping.
• Proactively communicate with other company offices, departments, and team members
• Support with financial issues (e.g. outstanding receivables) relating to the customer
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Knowledge:
• Comprehensive understanding of business and administrative contexts and processes
• Professional background in a medium-sized manufacturing company would be desirable
• Knowledge of tax and labour law would be desirable.
Experience:
• Experience in sales administration and / or office management
• Experience in selling investment goods to retailers would be desirable.
